Devon Black | She’s Different: 40 Years of Missed Autism

Devon Black is a wife, mama, internal entrepreneur, and big idea enthusiast for Procter and Gamble.  This self-proclaimed “nerd” weaves together what’s needed and what’s possible to delight people around the world.  In the past 10 years, her ideas have been valued at nearly $1.5 billion and she won the company’s inaugural PG Ventures Innovation Challenge.  When she’s not nerding out for P&G, Devon enjoys spending time cooking, vegetable gardening, and rewatching “Hamilton”.  For International Women’s Day, Devon is sharing her experience of being recently diagnosed with autism at age 40 and how women with autism may be perfectly suited for creating huge ideas.
